Team for Success
True Technical Expertise doesn't happen overnight -- it takes years to develop a deep understanding of not only the way technology works, but also the way businesses come to rely on it. Most of the team at Applied Integration has at least ten years experience working directly with businesses just like yours. We were responsible not only for the day to day support of mission critical systems, but also for much of the design and layout of those systems. We also took on a good deal of the installation and training, too.
While we understand the value of experience, we also like to mix plenty of younger technicians into the pot. This way, we never lose touch with the current and emerging technology trends. It makes for what we think is a powerful combination of youth and experience, one that ensures we can handle what's in place today and be there to take you safely into what tomorrow inevitably brings.
Our main office is located in Utah, and we have several folks around the country who work remotely. In addition to our physical offices, we also maintain our critical servers and other hardware in a secure data co-location facility close by. We answer the phones from 6:00 AM (MST) to 6:00 PM (MST) so that we can cover both coasts from 8:00 to 5:00. Our proactive monitoring solutions keep watch on your systems 24 hours a day, notifying us of important alerts no matter when they happen. We also use our monitoring solutions to perform important maintenance tasks in the off hours when your business is closed, so we're really working for you all day every day!
